Can I walk with my child?+
Yes — and you don't need to register. Only the participating child needs a ticket. Parents and guardians are welcome to walk alongside, free of charge.
What if it rains?+
Light rain — the event continues. Heavy rain or any safety risk — we'll reschedule and notify every registered parent via WhatsApp. In case of force majeure cancellation, we refund 75% of the ticket.
Is there medical support on site?+
Yes. An ambulance and two doctors are on standby for the duration of the event. First aid stations are spread across the route.
How does my ₹650 actually help?+
Every rupee from your ticket goes directly to Navachethana School to support their teachers and kitchen staff who care for specially challenged children every day.
What's the refund policy?+
If you cancel your ticket, we refund 50% of the booking amount. If the event is called off due to natural calamities or a pandemic, we refund 75%.
Where exactly is the venue?+
Kitturu Rani Chennamma Grounds, Jayanagar 1st Block, Bangalore. Parking is available nearby. Detailed directions will be shared on WhatsApp two days before the event.
Can I register multiple kids?+
Yes. Fill the form once per child. Groups of 10 or more get a group rate of ₹550 per ticket — message us on WhatsApp to set this up.

Terms & policies.

Refund policy

If you cancel your registration, we refund 50% of the booking amount. In the event of cancellation due to natural calamities, pandemic, or other force majeure circumstances, we refund 75% of the booking amount. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Payment & security

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking information. Payments are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and follow PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance standards. For payment-related queries, refer to Razorpay's terms at razorpay.com/terms.

Event participation

Participants must be between 5 and 15 years of age. Parents and guardians may accompany their child for the walk without separate registration. By registering, you confirm that the participating child is medically fit to take part in a 2K or 4K walk. Funathon and Vowzee are not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical conditions arising during the event. An ambulance and medical team will be on-site for emergency support.
